The word may be familiar to you as the traditional Hawaiian greeting…but the true meaning of ‘Aloha’ is so much more than just ‘hello’. In the Hawaiian language it means ‘love, peace, and compassion’, it is of the heart and spirit. You could think of Aloha as loving-kindness to self and others.
Lomi Lomi massage is a massage based on ancient Huna wisdom and Hawaiian tradition… and it is so much more than a massage!

This Lomi Lomi massage invites your body and your mind to settle and rest in the comfort and safety of a warm room on a heated and high quality, professional massage couch…allowing your busy mind to slow down and your body to just feel into the experience.
Prior to the massage there will be an initial consultation and a conversation to set your mind at rest about the practicalities, so that you can feel totally safe and comfortable for the whole time and gain maximum benefit from the massage. There will also be opportunity for you to set your own intention or desire for your massage if you would like to.
Pleasurable
Taking pleasure in life is directly linked to our happiness. We can derive pleasure by paying attention to welcome sensual experiences – what we see, hear, smell, taste and touch, or are touched by. What to Expect
The treatment takes place in a warm, safe and relaxing environment. The massage session works with the client’s intention for healing, so clients are invited to consider their reasons for wanting a treatment.
As this is an all-body oil massage, clients are invited to remove as much of their clothing as feels comfortable and cover themselves with a sarong which is provided. The back of the body receives the massage first…
